4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your personal information with the following categories of recipients:

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, analyze how you use the Site, and deliver and measure marketing.

Types of Cookies and Tracking We May Use

•   Strictly necessary: required for the Site and its forms to function.

•   Performance and analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Site (for example, GoHighLevel and LeadConnector platform analytics, Google Analytics, and similar tools).

•   Marketing and advertising: used to deliver and measure marketing campaigns (for example, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, and similar advertising trackers).

•   Functional: remember choices and personalize your experience.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through the Site's cookie banner or consent tool. Disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we will request that consent before setting them.

6. SMS and Text Message Communications

If you opt in to receive text messages from ICS (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on a website form), you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from ICS at the phone number you provide. The following terms apply:

•   Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per month based on your activity and interactions with ICS.

•   Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your carrier apply to messages we send.

•   Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use the Site and purchase services without opting in to SMS.

•   Opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text message from ICS to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you may receive one confirmation message and will not receive further marketing texts unless you opt in again.

•   Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Email Marketing and Unsubscribe

If you provide your email address and opt in to receive marketing emails (newsletters, insights, campaign content, product updates, or similar), we may send you periodic emails. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email or by emailing [email protected]. Transactional emails relating to a service you have purchased (for example, audit delivery and receipts) are not marketing and are not covered by the unsubscribe.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to:

•   Provide the services or information you requested.

•   Maintain business and accounting records.

•   Comply with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.

•   Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Campaign Audit purchase and engagement records are retained for at least three years from the date of purchase. Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. General form submissions are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless you request deletion and no legal, business, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution reason requires continued retention.

9. Data Security

ICS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is one hundred percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

•   Withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you previously gave, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Send requests to [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. Where such laws apply to ICS, we will honor legally required requests to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of personal information.
