Independent Campaign Strategies is a political consulting firm built for candidates running outside the two-party system. We work nationwide, any state, any office, any candidate running independent, third-party, or reform-minded who's serious about winning. We take no Republican clients. We take no Democratic clients. Which means we take no corporate PAC money, no special-interest money, no party-committee money. Our clients pay us. Nobody else does. That's why we can't be bought.
Two senior partners with more than a decade in the independent political space. A national bench of hundreds, pollsters, digital shops, mail houses, videographers, field operators, election lawyers, and media contacts we've worked alongside cycle after cycle. Ryan Rabah
MANAGING PARTNER
Ryan Rabah is founder and Managing Partner of Independent Campaign Strategies. A North Carolina attorney and independent political organizer, Ryan served as North Carolina State Director for the Kennedy / Shanahan 2024 presidential campaign, where he led ground operations and ballot-access strategy during one of the most-litigated independent presidential runs in modern history. He was counsel of record in significant NC ballot-access litigation for We The People / RFK Jr. At ICS, he leads strategy, ballot-access work, candidate relationships, and compliance judgment across every engagement.

Robert Yates
PARTNER
Rob Yates is a Partner at Independent Campaign Strategies. He has run for Mayor of Charlotte, giving him firsthand experience running non-uniparty campaigns. He holds a bachelor's degree from George Mason University and a graduate degree from Wake Forest University. At ICS, Rob leads communications, messaging, and product design across every engagement.

Committed, not guaranteed. We commit fully to the work we deliver. Nobody credible promises a win. If someone's promising you one, run.

Honesty first. Our audit tells you whether to run, not just how. If your race isn't winnable, we say so. Nobody wins by paying us to lie.
Infrastructure over ideology. Winning takes systems: message, ballot, mobilization, money, media. We build them. Everyone else can argue about principles.
